me too, I'm sure the air will flow a bit different than stock. If the air going in is cooler it will make a difference. If it doesn't cool the air it won't matter at all.
Will we see some temperature comparison when this is all tested? I think that's important as well as dyno numbers.

I will also do many before and after dyno runs just like I did with the VE.
And if anybody has a Consult type device in their 3.5L, then they will easily be able to read intake air temps from the stock intake temp sensor. NisMax03 has this system, but he has those eBay lower IM spacers on his car. He will have to remove those in order to get accurate before and after results. Also, it really depends on where this intake temp sensor is located. The best location would be somewhere in the middle of the upper intake manifold. Most cars put the temp sensor near the airbox or in the MAF housing.

The reason why the price is so much higher is b/c the VQ35 kit includes a LOT more parts than the VE kit! Instead of only getting 2 spacers, the VQ35 will have 5 spacers in this kit. I see more of a potential in the VQ35 than I do with the VE!
I will be open to offering different stages of kits for those that are interested in saving money. CNC machining and material costs are 90% of the cost of this kit. The phenolic spacers are what this kit is all about. I also offer all the hardware and instructions for you to install the kit.
But $200 is DIRT cheap when you compare the other companies that offer 3.5L RWD kits. $300-$370 for roughly the same kit is a little steep.

What kit are you referring to? If the 4th gen, then please find the thread that has been started about that in the 4th gen section.
If you are referring to the 3.5L 5th gen kit, it's already in the works!

im very interested in this. $200 is a good price. people that think it is to much, are people that dont actually realize what this does.

this will cause a problem if you have a FTSB since it almost touches the IM as is.
people will have to use washers to raise the FTSB

I already have an intake spacer on, but if anything I could leave the TB one off, or see if I can rig up a way to stack them all (might be too much)

If you have a FSTB, then you might have to raise the bar up some in order to make it clear. And don't worry about hood clearance, you have plenty of that unless your bar is 3" thick!

Your UIM will be raised exactly 3/16". The spacer material will be made from 1/4" phenolic composite. And the 1/16" thick UIM metal gasket will be replaced, giving you a 3/16" raise in manifold height.
