oem intake question

hi every1 does any1 know if the 00-01 filter holder on the oem air intake the same as the 02-03.

The filter is the same from 95-03.

The holder works from 00-03. I have an entire airbox from an 01 in my 03

i have one iam putting my new berk intake on. so i wont need my oem intake
