I Need Help W/ Stock Headunit Removal

I cant get those 2 wire clips that plug into the back of the stock headunit out, i feel as if im about to break them whats the correct way of unplugging them, its a PITA knowing 2 clips are holding me back.

Theres a little tab on the top you have to push in/down to release it. See stickies in Audio Section.

use a small flat head to push those tabs in...

+1 on the flathead. and with the flathead pry it out of the connector.

I have had the same problem on more than one occasion while I was removing my head unit. As mentoned above there is a tab that has to be depressed to remove the plug. It has been very difficault on occasion to remove. If you can get someone to give you hand by having them depress the tab while you pull, it may make it a little easier. First make sure the plug is all the way in. Then without pulling on the plug fully depress the tab. Then pull on the plug.
