2000 Flasher (Relay) placement?

My turn signals do not work and i have been told that it is the Flaser or Flasher relay (not too sure the exact name). Can anyone tell me where this might be located. any picutres would be greatly appreciated.

I would start with the hazard switch. Use a multi-meter and check to see if there is a possibility of a short. Also, check fuses under driver's kick panel. Then check the relays under dash and under hood.

The relay is under the kick panel on the drivers side. It's just left of the steering column. It's a black box with 2 wires coming out of it.
