Heard this on CNN today. This guy is suspected of killing his wife and taking off with the 2 kids in his Black Maxima. Since he is a doctor he probably has a 5th-gen 2k1 AE automagic. I hope he didn't do it and the kids are OK.

On a lighter note...I had a fun little race with an black Acura CL-S this afternoon. We passed each other a few times in light traffic then I was out in the clear and I waited for him to catch up. I could tell he wanted to do something... so I slowed to the 60mph speed limit and when I could see him at my side I punched it and saw that he did too so it was on... I was already in 4th and I stayed about a 1/2 Max in front until he woulda had to slow down cause of a car in his lane (2-lane backroad). I guess we were close to ninety when we quit. He turned off at the next light.
I wish I had the chance to get him at the light. Anyway the race was fun...especially since I stayed in front!

4th at 60? Man you should have dropped it down to third and pull close to 100 then shift to 4th which should bring you to 120 area. Third is our best gear in many peoples opinions.

I tried flooring it at 60mph in 3rd gear and I see what you mean. Big difference from 4th!
I would have embarrassed that dude, pulling on him like that. There would be all kinds of protests from p/o'd Ack owners.

Next time I will drop it (to 3rd) like it's hot.
