Man Im Screwed

So the part where my shifter linkage connects to the bellhounsing, broke, I mean snapped and took some of the bellhousing with it!! The dealership says that they can't do anything about it because the transmission the put in it was a salvaged one and comes with no warranty, even though i remeber them saying that there was a 90 day warranty or something like that, anyone that can help please do, or if anyone wants to buy a 6MT with 104k that needs a new tranny just tell me, any offer is good( be reasonable) I have to buy a new car
