I started my car up and got arough idle... little after that while driving my SES started flashing off and on.... it stopped.. and started again a little later... any idea what this is? The light is off now and the idle is smooth again. Just curious if anyone has experienced a similiar problem.

Whenever the SES flashes while driving, this sometimes means that the car is misfiring. I would try to pull up any codes. Check your plugs and coils.

as stated in your owners manual
"if the light flashes, your engine is misfiring"
