Shift Problem?

I just recently flushed my tranny and put new fluid in.. now it seems as if, everytime i hit second gear, i feel it shift a little. Its like wen shifiting on first gear I hardly even feel it, same with 3rd and 4th watever. but second i feel the car like bog or jerk back a little, kind of like a hesitating feeling when it shifts. What could this mean?

What's your mileage? Could be too little of too much trans fluid. You may also want to reset your ecu.
