have you guys seen the infomercials, they claim an increase of 5 to 20 Hp!! they should get sued for false advertising...

but does anyone have any hard evidence i can use? ive read all the past threads on the topic and im am sure its just junk, but i need proof. sorry to sound demanding. lol

Consumer reports actually did a write up on it and they said they actually LOST hp with it on...
