Need Help With Front Door Speakers

Want to replace my front door speaker with a non bose system. I don't want to redrill holes is this possible. If so can anyone recomend a good pair.
Crutchfields recomended Infinity 6022i.

Any Ideas

MDF plates. You can make your own or have somebody else do it. There are members on this site who make them.
