Help,...what's wrong with my car...

Every time, I'm at a stop light, RPM's drop to about 600-700 and the engine turns off by itself. It's weird that when I put it on 'P' and rev it up to about 1500 RPM with the AC on, the needle seems okay, but when the AC is off, my RPMs needle starts jumping up and down from about 1500 to 1700 really fast. I don't know what's wrong with my car. I've already replaced 2 OS, the PVC valve, the thermostat, and the fuel filter and I'm still having the problem with my engine turning off when I stop or at a stop light. Frustrating!

What do you think is the problem?
Oh by the way, no engine code.

Thanks

Is there a way to find out, if MAF gone bad?

Any codes? Mine is doing the same thing and I tried the CRC MAF cleaner. Not working yet so I'm off to buy a MAF on Monday.
