Need Help - Front Drivers Side Drain Hole Is Plugged

Yesterday I washed my car and put it in the garage after drying it. After I put it in I noticed that water was dripping very slowly from drain hole under the car directly behind the front driver side wheel. After about an hour there was a good size puddle right under the hole. So it appears the drain hole is at least partially plugged and I'm wondering if there is anyway I can unclog it.

if you have an air compressor you can try blasting the hole with a few shots of air, that worked on my friends Camaro he was restoring a while back.

I tried blasting it from underneath with my compressor and no luck. I don't have a lift so it makes it difficult to get under there but does anyone have any other suggestions? I don't want the car to rot from the inside.

Are you talking about the drain holes in your door?
