Hey folks my CEL came on about 6 months ago (95k) after a full tune up and a replaced MAF and a new set of rubber. The code (can't recall the number) was pulled as a defected precat (800 bucks dealer). This was 1 month before my texas inspection was to expire.

I've always used amsoil oil and filters on max and the frontier with 6k oil changes and decided to try the PI Amsoil fuel additive on max. Engine light went off, never came back on!!!

Try it for 8 bucks before you go and get a new precat. Stuff works, it really cleans out the engine. It's now been 1/2 year with no CEL.
