One day i saw a friend's second hand caravan had an engine oil filter adapter with an mobil 1 oil filter for his tranny... i was thinking to do the same thing for my maxima.... just wondering if anyone had done that... and what exactly is that adapter call? thanx alot

You can get an inline filter kit for your auto trans. I worked at a place that sold them. Go to txchange.com and look for their KILF1 or 2
