heh, the utec/EU is not for now. thats gonna come around the same time as headers. i understand the $12 isnt free thing, but it also came with a 73mm drill bit/bore. who doesnt need one of those?

Speedometer confirmed or GPS? Maxima speedos are as accurate as using a sundial at night. esp at high speed. Take your car to a dyno (preferably dynojet) and do a few pulls. Post up the runfiles, and we can see precisely if there is a problem or not.

yes, with intake and exhaust only...my car ran 14.59....now i added headers and y pipe i run 13.96 on stock wheels....and i know i can get at least a 13.8 maybe a 13.79 on the right day...after i got 13's i never went back to the track....i needed a helmet.

And you attribute this to about 10 hp?

Do this before claiming any gains, IMO.
