Fog light Disassembly

What parts of the body have to come off to access the foglights to replace the bulb? I know on the 5.5gens there is a plate with a couple bolts on the bottom of the car, but it doesn't look like this is the case for a 2001.

remove the splash guard under the fog

there is 1 10mm bolt on the bottom of the fog housing

Then it should come out

Just to note, while removing the foglight from car, once the mounting bolt is removed, grab the foglight from the rear and push real hard towards the front of the vehicle. The light is held on the bumper with two grommets which snap in to hold it in place.
