Gone for a while, Replaced the Maxima

Hey guys,

It's been awhile since I've been on. Almost a year since I totaled my 6spd from that deer. I finally replaced it. I do miss the car, but I figured I would switch it up a bit. With the insurance money, and a little savings I picked up a 2004 Pathfinder SE White/charcoal cloth and a 2003 yamaha yzf-r1. Love them both so far. Here's a few pics.

Old maxi

New Pathy

New Yami

It's been fun guys. thanks for everything!

Congrats on the two new rides man. Did you part out the headers and whatnot? Or did you just let em scrap those with the car? You put down some good numbers with those Hotshots IIRC.

The insurance company ended up shipping over an hour away for analysis or something, so I said screw driving out there to part it out. They ended up giving me 2k more than I paid for it 2yrs earlier (uncle has a dealership, so I got it at cost) so I just let it go.

I think I put down 234 ish

Yeah, I think I still have your runfiles somewhere. Those were good numbers considering you didn't have much else other than the headers; stock cat-back, no AF tuning, etc.

Thanks! Picked it up in april. Only had 5000mi on it. Not a scratch on it, even still had all stock blinkers and undertail, new condition. Came with the pipe and gpr steering stabilizer. Paid 1500 under book. It's a GD rocket.

sorry about your car, but have fun with the bike. i also have an 03 r1, in silver. www.r1-forum.com is a great place to be, i highly suggest you sign up. after knowing how fast the bike is, going fast in the maxima really doesn't do it for me anymore. looking forward to some trackdays. drive/ride safe.
