I think the gti golf's are either as fast as the max or a little slower.... like about 6.7 to 60...

They say that there is nothing better than a german built car. they also say something about japanese cars can never amount to a german car. maybe they just say that because they are jelous.

Are their cars the German built versions, or the new Mexican ones?

Ask em that...

I rather have a Japenese quality built car than one made by all dem Mexicans way down south making like $0.10/hour after 10 years of work...

nice kill...represent tonight and don't let your fellow Maxians (like americans get it...) down!

WTF are they smoking? German cars do have a little more personality (in general) than Japanese, but VW's are crap that fall apart - meanwhile 10 years and 150k miles later your Maxima will still be humming and going strong...

Nice kill, BTW. Hope ya smoke that GTI too and put those VW's to shame

I am with Sprint max...be careful of those golf VR6

They are smaller, lighter, proably a better gearing, and they do 0-60 in about 6.5 sec..a good driver could get very close to 6. so be carfuell

BTW my brother's friend has one of those and i saw him once punching 2nd all the way...from 35-60 in less then like 2 seconds...those cars are really good

Yea they are pretty quick! Last week I raced my friend who has a GTI VR6. I beat him from the line and kept on pulling. He said he forgot to turn off his traction control (That seems to always happen). hehe

When I had my 96 SE w/5sp we were on the highway and decided to rumble. He beat me in my 96. From a start we were about the same.

Good luck!!!
