Does anyone know what the Boost Sensor is connected to the stock air scoop? I have been wondering what it is for, and what happens if you remove the scoop and remove that sensor...Thanks!

Bad idea..

Don't remove this sensor, it is the map/barometric sensor. Your check engine light will come on. I have had it tripping codes in my ecu ever since I put the PRCAI on my car.
