Well after 3 hours, 2 wrong gaskets from the dealer, 2 manifold studs, $100 bucks in tools, 2 busted hands....the leak is fixed. Still have a very small hissing sound, but I guess thats kinda par for the course. I will buy some header wrap and try to silence it with that. Thanks guys for all the info.

how did you fix it? Extra gaskets? Stillen or Cattman?

Stillen Y-Pipe, bought new gaskets and replaced,you should have seen the one that got messed up in the original install at the shop I took it to. Looked like chop meat. It was bad.

I see.... that sucks... well, glad you got it fixed a little bit of a hiss is normal, but perhaps some header wrap on the flex joint will help with that.
