electronic type noize coming from engine bay
Does anyone have any idea what the noize is that is coming from the engine pay after turning off the car or pressing on the gas a little. its very annoying and is starting to make me think that there is something wrong with it. it sounds like some kind of electronic sound. i have no idea where it is coming from and how to fix it, please help me, thanks.

Is it a buzzing? Have got a auto? IF so it sounds like your electronic engine mounts. Do a search because I know a number of people have complained about this but I don't remember if there is a fix.

Yeah its an auto, but it hear it all the time, even when im driving around and low speeds, i think that it might be a big problem, but im not sure, maybe i will have to take it in to the dealership and let them take a look at it.
Yep, it's the engine mounts. There is a TSB for it. My car was making that sound. I took my car into 3 different dealers who basically blew off the issue. Then when my car hit 41k miles the car started making a constant electrical buzzing sound even after being shut off. I took it to a 4th dealer that told me my front & rear engine mounts were bad. They charged me $75 to diagnose the problem and wanted $700 to fix it since it was out of warranty. I said "no" and sent Nissan a message via their website. Couple of weeks later they called and said they would take care of it free and refund me my $75. The lady I spoke w/ did confirm there was a TSB on the engine mounts.

Engine mounts??? Nah, it's probably just the sensor on the fuel line. Cars with fuel pumps used to make that noise all the time when you put the key in/out of the ignition. EFI engines do it when you begin to the start the car too. But then, what the hell do I know...

Yeah i just got back from the dealership today and they said that i shouldnt be earing this noise and that they woud fix it. it is the engine mounts and anyone that is having this problem should go straight to te dealership and get it taken care of.
