This may be old news to some of you...
But FINALLY there is some shocks available for the 5G Max.
Stillen is now selling Tokico gas charged shocks for the 2000-2001 Max.
I got a price of $319 for the full set...not too bad.
Just wanted to let you know...if u didn't already.

pretty weird..since the springs is different for 5th gen and 4th gen max!!!!!!!!

How would a Tokico Gas Shock compares with Stocks ones, more,much more or almost like in stifness and ride.

 

hopefully someone w/ experience w/ the Tokico's gas charged shocks can drop some knowledge on us.

im just sticking w/ my stock shocks for now.

 

they completely sucked after about having them for half a year. I mean the car was scary to drive on the highway.

By the way the stock shocks are made by Tokico too.

Ask some people on 4gen forum they will tell you more about their experience with Tokicos.

i'll just have to stick w/ my stock shocks until someone else makes something...KONI maybe?
