So I'm going to pick up my mom from the park-n-ride and I'm just cruising on my way back with my mom in the passenger seat. It's 11:45 PM and there's pretty much no traffic on the road (RT. 18).

We come to a red light and I'm already at a full stop...the light is just about to turn and I look back and see a car coming pretty fast from the lane on my left hoping the light turns just as he's approaching.

The light turns and I launch, the car gains on me by half a cars length (remember I'm coming out of a dead stop)...but the Max starts to dish out the whoop-a$$ and I COMPLETELY LEFT THE FRIGGIN CAR BEHIND BY 2 CAR LENGTHS once I hit 60!!!

I slow down so that now I'm doing just a little over the limit, I'm like: "forget it, my mom is in the car and this stretch of road is NOTORIOUS for cops, and I pretty much whooped his a$$ from a dead stop". Next thing I know, this dinky little dressed up Sunfire comes raging past me with some fury! The funny thing, he gets about 3 car lengths past me (remember I'm still doing 50-55 in 45) and he flashes his hazards?!?! I'm thinking to myself: "WTF?!? PLZ BRO, I would have TOASTED YOU all the way to CANADA and BACK!".


Well, that's my adventure for the day! I thought it was pretty amusing!

Theres's always going to be dumb-asses out there that want to race us. However, a little dumb sunfire is not even worth wasting ur gas on.

LoL...I woulda toasted his ****, but like I said, this section of road in Jersey is NOTORIOUS for cops. I see them sitting in pairs in the parking lots with their lights out waiting for some schmuck to fly past them. They pull out on you with no lights on and try to catch you for other violations! On top of that, it's never just 2 cars. If there's two on one side, you can bet there are 2 on the other side within a half a mile. To top it all off, we got those fancy schmansy cop cars with NO markings, no modular sirens, usually dark green/blue or just plain black!

Yeah, yeah, you think I'm BSing you...but this is FACT MAN! Sure it's not EVERY night, but I'm not taking the chance! I had to go to that 4 hour (may have been longer) dirver ed. class like a year or two ago so that I wouldn't get my liscense suspended .

On top of that, I was getting off that road in like 1/2 mile...I'm sure my mom would have loved it if I took him to 100+
