Has anyone gotten the trunk lid/bumper TSB fixed?

I know there is a TSB for the trunk lid/bumper (the trunk lid scratches the bumper) and was wondering if anyone's dealer has replaced their bumper? I guess I should have asked if anyone has this problem, like I do. If you don't know what I am talking about I can take pictures.

Hell yes I have this problem. I thought I was the only one, the gap between the bumper and body has black scratches in 3 regions...

Yea the scratches don't show when the trunk is closed, but when it is open, the scratches are so pronounced it is like a smack in the face. I hate it. Damn Nissan

The corner of my trunk lid actually hits the rear quarter panel. it's the corner right above the taillight. I don't think mine hits at the bottom though.

I had this problem resolved. Look in the TSB section to learn more. They dont replace the bumper but some plastic fasteners. And that dark stripe on the rear bumper that looks like the place where the lid rub the paint off- all you need to do is wipe that off with a rag moistened in a paint thinner or UD40, rubs off easily.

Damn, I wish they would replace the bumper cover, cuz I have a huge gash that looked like someone took a key and made a big X on my bumper (was there when I got the car though)

Greg, I hear you, man. That bi***-a** bumper cover is easy to scratch like the rest of the car. I'd rather put some kind of tape over it if was sold comercially. Try to buff it out...

Mine does that too. I have 2 chips in that area.

With my scratches you can see them with the trunk closed. 3 clusters of vertical scratches in the paint...I'll ask about the TSB next week when it's time for an oil change..

Ludacris, there may be a mileage limit the honor the TSB. Like was told squeeks, rattles, and adjustments are done under wtty before you hit 15K miles or so. Not sure though.

If there is a mileage restriction hopefully it is at 15k...still at 10.5k right now
