Open for reccomends on a NEW 2K1

I need some help here guys. I just bought a 2K1 GLE, everything but the sunroof and the spoiler. Looking to jazz it up a bit, I going to put in PIAA headlights and fogs, clear side markers, and a FSTB at a minimum. Question is which PIAA lights do you reccomend for the heads and fogs, whose clear sides are the best, and is the Stillen FSTB THAT much better then the Courtesy? Also is there anything else you would reccomend out of the gate?

BTW, I already TOASTED my dad in his 2K TL. and am WAY suprised that this thing might actually be faster than my old Integra GS-R

Thanks in advance.

Stillen and Courtesy both do the job equally well, Stillen just looks better. I'd go with the Courtesy.

I think the clear corners are made by the same company regardless of what place you get them from. www.custommaxima.com has a set going for $33 (including shipping) or 59 (?) for front and rear including shipping.

Only good looking lights piaa makes are the xtreme whites and the japan made plasma ones. They are rare though, since they are imported from japan.

Wife is gonna kill me!!!

But I am loving it...

Thanks for the pointers on everything .... just ordered $130 in PIAA Xtreme bulbs

The Courtesy FSTB is next followed by the clear side markers.

All on top of 23K for the car.

Anything y'all would add to the list??

What would you add to the inital config? RSB, Intake? I've got a little left over after ordering the clear markers, PIAA lights, and Courtesy FSTB.

thx chris

depends on what you want... if you want handling, then RSB. If you want a bit more performance, then get an intake

Here's what I did in order, and let me mention that I'm pretty satisfied with the MAx right now....

Lights
Clears
Stereo (some serious cash here, but stereos are my passion!!)
FSTB
CAI

Now I'm looking into the RSB or some Eibachs and KYB AGX's. Probably going to do the RSB since the KYB aren't quite ready yet for the 5th gen. Good luck and happy modding!!

Dusty you will love the eibachs. I installed them this weekend and they are awesome. The ride is just a little bit harsher, more like a BMW 330i. The look of the car is greatly improved because wheel gap is almost eliminated.

Jason...thanks for the info one the Eibachs man....I'm really thinking hard about which one to get. I have read the threads that say the sway bar doesn't help as much if the car is lowered, so I'm thinking about not going with with the RSB and jumping straight to the y-pipe...what do you think?? Hmmm....decisions, decisions!!
