Zaino ?

For those happy zaino users, can you share which product you use (Z-2 or Z-3 so on)? And in what order (clay bar 1st no clay bar)? I'm not being lazy, I've been to zainobros FAQ, just want to see the path some of you guys have had success with? My 6 is sunlit sand?

Thanks

Well sicne we have clear coat paint, it makes sense to get Z-2, not Z-3.

The best advice I have from my experience is to get the claybar, then wash with Dawn per the instructions and claybar and wash again.

Then use Z-1, then Z-5 as many times as you want and have time for, follow up with Z-2 as many times as you want and have time for.

Maintain with Z-7 and Z-6. I have a regular supply of Z-1,Z-2, Z-5,Z-6,Z-7 for use with my car.

Zaino-easy way...

I didn't follow the full directions and took the easy way out. Still very happy with results.

Did NOT use the clay bar. What I do is once a month I give the car a wash, then apply Z-1 and then Z-2 right on top of it. Let it dry for a few hours, then wipe off with a bath towel (100% cotton).

I do this monthly on my wifes 96 black Accord and my 2000 I30. Results are better than any other product I have used! The finish is smmoth as silk and the shine is fantastic. All the marks on my wifes Accord are gone!

(Also use the "leather in a bottle" Z10 for the leather seats. It also works well to cover the tiny scratches you see on the clear plastic over the I30 dash when the sun hits it)

Have fun!

Z-1 and Z-2 sounds good. Just what I was looking for. Icame to the conclusion that I would have to buy 1 each from reading the FAQ/description but that **** is expensive.

Thanks

woosh,

There is a Zaino GD in the works in the Group Deal Forum. I'm waiting on the specifics but you may want to get in on it. From what I've been reading I think I will be ok with the Z1, Z2, Z5 and clay bar. The Zaino is supposed to last a very long time with proper application. Since you have a lighter color car you may not need to get everything. I have a Black Max so everything shows up on mine. Do a search on Zaino on the forums and you will find some good info.

Z-1, Z-2 and a the clay bar. i bought more and realized that the z-5 isn't necessary. At least thats how i feel. If you go to kragen or some auto parts store that carries clay bars for less than what zaino charges, I would go that route. But the first two are the ones you want. Plus it smells good too.
