Cricket in the car

The car I bought (2k2 SE) came with the squeaking noise from the engine bay. "No problem!" - I thought. Tighten the belts and the noise went away! For one week... The culprit I found was the power steering belt. Tighten again - noise free (for three days). Changed the belts for new ones at steelership. Voila! No noise. For one week... then it came back. WTF! Tighten again. Two weeks noise free! I guess you know the rest. The belt already looks over tighten, no room for further adjustment. The dressing spray works, but no more than 30 minutes.
Some advice from the gurus? Please! I can't take it any more!

Sounds like a bad pulley or belt tensioner. Are any of them wobbling?

Put some car wax on the belt - that's what I do to my family's other cars. It works.
