so i was driving home from New Jersey and halfway across the Holland my SES light went off. when i got home i ran a check and it says that its my cat converter. the code i got was P0420, and it had bank 1 on the screen. does it mean i have to change my cat.? whut the hell is bank 1?

 

SES light went off? That's better then having it on

Does sound like a bad cat, but maybe just a faulty O2?
