Moisture on Passenger Floor

I'm getting moisture on the front passenger floor. It's not rain and it has not been very humid here lately. Has anybody experienced this?

Using your A/C?
If so, might be a clogged hose, etc.

It's been cool in the DC area and I haven't been using my a/c. It hasn't been very humid either so there has been very little condensation.

Does it smell sweet? It could very well be coolant.
