ya its the same flywheel for a fwd maxima or a rwd 350z you just have to line up the correct hole on the flywheel to the pin on the crank thats all

Are you sure? I know it will bolt up but I think the ring for the crank shaft position sensor is different.

This is what JWT said

There is a big difference with the rear wheel drive flywheel and front wheel drive flywheel. Besides the difference in the dowel hole in the flywheel (JWT flywheels for the VQ35DE already have both holes there but one is epoxy closed), the encoder disc on the front of the flywheel (for the crank angle sensor pick-up), is different between the two flywheel applications.
So, would it be possible to use the 350z/G35 CPS? to avoid having to sell the flywheel i have and buy another...

No it uses a different timing ring so it has a different signal. You need to use the maxima timing ring...

Call up Fidanza themselves, tell them you received a 350z flywheel and ship it off to them.

I have a LIGHTENED Flywheel from Fidanza and when I received it I called Fidanza up and sent them pictures of my flywheel and they asked me to ship it to them and they would ship it back fixed, cost me nothing...

With these pictures they could tell it would NOT work on my Maxima

It did cost me shipping.
