Good ol MAF Sensy

So one day my battery died i got a jump to go to auto zone to buy a new battery and replaced it no problem well a day and a half went by and then the check engine light pops on i pulled the code and took it to the mechanic they said "the car was jumped wrong and it fried the Maf" I Didn't know that could happen well they want over $500 plus labor does anyone know where i can get a good maf for a good price possibly maybe... my work is 28 miles away and i need to fix this maf no car no work no money help is greatly appreciated.

ya the only thing that you can mess up when jump starting a car is the alternator and starter.... that i can think of

First... what year is your car...00-01 the MAF is $88 bucks as for the 02-03 is over $400, you can do the 00-01 to 02-03 with a little mod. Your mech suck ...
