After you've taken them off a few times, it gets very easy. Just try not to break those blue clips that hold it in place.

This is the exact procedure. I don't remember for the rears, but I remember the fronts have a square shaped hole at the bottom of the door, which is where I start my poppin from.

Use a flathead screwdriver to pop off the trimming around the door handle. If you look very closely w/o actually removing the trimming (just slightly pulling on it), you'll notice where the clips are that hold it in place.

I broke one of mine... It cost me like $9 + $5 shipping to replace it from Nissan.

3 things to remove when removing back door panels.
Screw in change cup
Change cup itself
Trim ring around door handle
...that is it. Nothing more.
Then put your fingers in the square hole on the bottom edge of the door panel, pull firmly outwards to pop the panel, then upwards to lift off of window sill.
