Has anyone ever fixed an 02 headlight after theft

Has anyone ever fixed an 02 headlight after theft. The tabs and the headlight were left behind but are both broken in half.

you can glue them back with epoxy.. but they will break again.....

anybody ever seen that black gooey stuff? i just dont know whats its called
