Hi, I'm new to Maxima.org
I used to drive a Mitsu 3000GT, just got the 2k2 MAXIMA about a week ago. I am just wondering if there is any bodykit out there for the 2k2 model. I tried both Stillen & Sarogna, but I didn't see any pictures for it. Another questions is what is the time for 0-60mph on the new MAX? The sales told me its 5.9 seconds even with auto, is that true??? Cuz it sounds too good to be true. THANKS GUYS

 

5.9 sec MAYBE for a good launch with the 6sp but a auto should get around 6.7ish around that point
I think 5.9 is too fast maybe 6.2 or 6.3 depenends on the driver

I timed my SE auto, it was around 7 seconds. But the damn thing in first is FAST. It shifts ar 40 MPH or so into 2nd, which is not as quick as 1st, so this slows the time down. But 0-40 is as fast as any car out there...its hard for me to launch the auto too without traction control, tires speen EASY.

 

I got my 02 auto to 60 in 6.8 sec flat with 975 miles.
