Intake whistle!

I know some cars have a whistle when they have a CAI. But my intake is bone stock and it whistles. I want to put an intake on, but im affraid if i do the whistle will be much louder and i wont be able to stand it. Does anyone elses stock intake do this also?

intake spacers + aftermarket intake = LOL

maybe a small leak somewhere?

uhmm maybe a hole somwhere? but ill tell you what.. i used to have stock until i saw the G.A.B then i decided on just buying a filter and putting it on without a mid pipe.. when i step on it, the thing whistles all the time.. and when you mat it .. well it barks

Maybe someone put a supercharger in there while you wernt looking .. no but on a serious note. .its a common thing use the search.. type in intake whine or intake whistle or intake noise.. u will get a bunch of crap..and to answer.. no u wont be bale to hear that with an intake on.. but u will hear loud air still lol

Yes that's strange. Never had any sort of whistle with stock or Injen until I installed the IM spacers from NWP. LoL now at WOT it sounds like a supercharger. Pretty cool!

i have a injen tru CAI and i get that whistlen noise at about 25% throttle sounds cool tho unique.. i love the way my flowmaster sounds too

it only whistles at full throttle. I think im just going to do the GAB for now until i decide on the intake i want.

yeah i have a 2k2 max and i notice under light load, like driving through the parking lot or something my intake will whistle..

i have the same problem that whistle noise but when i put it in neutral sometimes my car shuts off. wats up with that. im thinkin about upgrading to a injen intake but cant find one slightly used.
