Reset the VAFC2?

So I took off my Hotshots and put on some gen 3 cattman headers on my 03 max. My VAFC2 was "tuned" (even though the settings didnt hold) when I had my hotshots but is there any need to reset it and tune it again since I got my cattmans? Reason I ask is because the car "feels" the same as it did when I had my HS. I realize headers are nothing drastic but the sound and the pull is exactly the same. So I was wondering if its because the VAFC is on the previous settings and maybe I need to clear those settings and retune?

Might as well, assuming you've got a wideband and can do it yourself.

Is there any reason to think the Gen III Cattman's would produce anymore power than the Hotshots?
