SES Light?

is the ses light suppose to go on after you start the car or not? In other car the light goes on and then goes off. In my max it doesn't go on at all, is this normal?

i have a 2002 and i was pretty sure last time i was in there the ses light was a twist in style bulb, you may be able to get the bulb from radio shack just retain the socket

it is a twist off.
However i bet any money that once you plug that bulb in it will stay on.
haha most likely previous owner wanted to sell you a car with no MIL light on and some ppl rather unplug the bulb then fix the issue.
