Illumina ABS attachment different than stock

I am installing Illuminas, and just pulled out the 3 break lines from the strut and noticed one of the little brackets for one of the lines on the Illumina strut is much different than the stock one.

The stock one has an open hole (like the other two), while the Illumina strut has a closed in hole. The guys that did the installation, how did you attach the line with the big rubber piece into that one different bracket?

Thanks

Or you can use a nylon clamp size 4 and a thru bolt and it works fine! Some reason or other they designed the ABS like the 4th Gen Maxima!
