Does anyone know that the coil packs for 5.5 gen (or any other generations) is covered under the Federal Emisssions Warranty ?

Or if someone has had luck in persuading the Corporate to cover it for them. Any help will be appreciated.

Electrical components like your coils are generally considered wear and tear items, and are usually not covered. Trying to get it covered under emissions equipment? Good luck. If your tight with your dealership they MIGHT cut you a break on the cost, but don't expect Nissan to pay for them, they never have before, even when they have gone out en mass.
