I have a 2000 GXE and I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any aftermarket taillamps available?

I would like to find something that looks basically factory but I want the "red glittery" area around the taillamps to be clear with a chrome background. (Similar to the taillamps of the new Lexus IS 300.) If you will look closely at the GXE taillamps, it looks as though Nissan already has a chrome background behind all of the "red glittery" suff around the taillamps.

If anyone has any information please post it!

I've been looking for a set for about a year. No go yet and the maxima would be a prefect car for it. I wouldn't mind having the red are color body color as I have the sterling white. I just like the rounded look.

well

I think people who put altezza's on eclipses, trucks, civics, etc. are gay. The single red circle (like the real altezza/is300) looks really nice. But it only fits on the older accords and neons. It could be made very easily for the 5th gen and would looke nice imo. Just think of the basic SE taillamp. Having the black part chrome, and the light solid red.

it makes the people gay/homosexual? Not any better if you meant to say it makes the car "gay".

GrammerMax...back at it!

I wouldn've been an original if I got it back when I first wanted it. My old civic had the rounded lights off a rx-7, which looked pretty cool

again, that was done way back in '90 when NOBODY was doing stuff like that.

As for the maxima, I would post a picture of what I want done, but I can't figure out how to get the picture to show.

hey yeah dont ruin the good ole max look

plus if you were to ever want something like that done. Let it be the back lights from the 2000 or 01 skyline with the same year front lights. thatd be awesome! For one the rear lights on that dont fit with the max's rear end. The 01's rear lights do so itd look alot better.
