stupid headlights...

So I am on my second set of replacement oem headlights for my 2k max..and once again one of them has condensation in it...this is the reason why i replaced them...I am not ready to spend more money and more headlights so I am wondering what I should do to dry it out? I dont really want to bake it and open it because I'm not really experienced with that....any suggestions?

If its not wet or humid out take out the blinker light and just let it air out. You might want to put some silicone sealant around where the 2 pieces meet to ensure a water tight seal.

Take it out, stick it in oven as is w/o bulbs at 200F for 20min, then re-seal entire thing with silicone or butyl sealant form an auto store.

I would take them out around twelve and blow them out with an air compressor until more or less dry and leave them out in the sun until they dry. Then get some clear silicon and go over where they join. Once dry put them back on the car put in the bulb and then put some grease around the back end so water does not get in again. good luck.

Are you sure it's the headlight themselves that aren't sealed?

If you replaced the headlights and it's still developing condensation, maybe it's the rubber ring around the bulb. Did you replace that too? Process of elimination...
