Engine Tired ?
Lately the car seems to not have any get up and go anymore, it dont like pulling hills more then 40 mph.......no codes, new plugs , new filters, fresh tranny flush, everything seems fine, no dragging brakes, I always use Shell Premium fuel, it just seems to be lazy anymore.
Any Ideas?

bet its the catalytic convertor..have u redone ur exhaust system or anything to it?
mine was sluggish when i purchased it, figured it was something minor..i was fortunate that the cat blew and i didnt blow my engine instead

Had the same sluggish problem on the hills, at the start when cold, ticking/pinging of the engine, and the engine racing at 3200-3800 RPMs. I changed the MAF and it all went away. Car pulls like it did the day I drove it off the lot.

Just to make it easy on your pocket ... go to your Auto parts store and get a CRC MAF Cleaner spray.
Pull out the MAF sensor, spray it nicely (i used half a bottle), let it dry for 10-15 minutes, put it back in and see if it feels any better.
The MAF cleaner costs less than $10. Your car has 100K+ miles on it, so it won't hurt to try this.
I did it on my '03. Car seemed to run "fine" but since i have close to 120k miles & original MAF, i decided to spend the $7 for the MAF cleaner. After i cleaned the MAF - wow! my car does run better. It is much more responsive and accelerates just like it did the day i got it. I got 1-2 MPG extra too ... consistent over the last 5-6 weeks. Not bad!
Give it a try...
P.S. >> If you're running the original fuel filter, i agree with everyone here that you must replace it. I did it when my car had 80k miles and the filter was very very dirty. Not super hard to do. You have to pull fuel pump out of the tank, relieve some of the pressure before disconnecting, but other than that...it's not such a scary job, as long as you pay attention to the details.

Did that already, no diff except no more lean codes.

and by "its the MAF/Thread" you mean the actual sensor cabling piece that clips on? or some type of switch box/tube (help me out im a newbie srsly)

No, I havent, but today i noticed it surges sometimes and when it surges it feels like i got a ton of power all the sudden, the tires squeal even if i lightly press the gas to pull out and then it dont, iam not sure whats going on, but now it seems to have random bouts of no power then ***** to the wall power.

We're not running with carburators here...That's the duty of the MAF to adjust to difference in air quality/quanity/altitude/density/humidity! So therefore weather is not a factor or shouldn't be....

classic..lol.. (/thread) = end thread= thats the answer to the OP's question.. many other experienced ppl ,nmexmax and wyche have stated this as well to be the leading cause...and this problem and solution has been beaten more then a red headed step child on here..look around search MAF.. to help to newb- the maf-mass air flow sensor is plugged in sensor in line with your intake in the black tube..100$ 00-01(green dot), triple that for 02-03,.. although there is a way to make an 01 fit an 02/03.. hope this helped g/l.. and FYI there is a newbie thread where people are very helpful .. find it
