Radiator Fan Problem

Hello people,

My car is running hotter than normal these days. I found out that my radiator fan doesn't kick it on when the A/C is off, eventho the temerpature is starting to be over the middle point.

When the A/C is on, it started running.

Is this normal?

Please advice, Thanks!

One fan comes on dictated by the engine temperature and the second one intermittently while the A/C is running.

Both fans should operate together.......they are either OFF, operate on "Low", or operate on "High". Per the FSM and applicable to both Gen. 5 and Gen. 5.5.
