Seat belt sticking

Hi, My driver's seat belt is sticking. When I unbuckle it the red button stays pushed in and stick. Next time I get in the car and go to buckle up I spend 10 minutes getting it unstuck. Anything I can do myself to try to fix it? Don't want to take back to dealer unless I absolutly have too. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
