is there a quick write up to clean the throttle body? 2k max with 30k miles, changed the air filter to K&N and am comfused about the 2 strips of paddings that came with the filter, the filter fit sung and nice without it ....anyone know about this?

in the spring would like to clean the throttle body and flush the radiator (car is now 2 yrs old).

paying 250+ bucks at the dealer for "inpspect this " and "check this" is a rip off.
