Climate Control Fan Click Sound

I did a search and found that others have had this, but could not find a post on the solution.

At low speeds my climate fan makes a clicking sound which goes away at higher fan speeds.

Anyone else have this?

Any known solution?

Remove the fan housing and check for debris. If no debris, replace the fan.

ps, do not lubricate the fan cuz you'd end up frying the circuit board.

same exact thing happens to me at low speed. i put it to high, then turn it off and on again and it goes away. i think it does it more when its colder.

common problem...so common that there is a TSB for it.

did the search stop working?

Thanks for the tips, especially this one since that was what I was going to do....spary with lub.

Looks like I'll just need to take the fan out when I have some time. Too cold now
