so i had 2 hid kits in my car fogs and low beams (eBay projectors) so i swapped them out for 00 blacked out headlights and new h4 hid bulbs and everything worked fine until i turned on the hid fogs. The fogs begin to wig out and then the fuse popped.... but not the fog light fuse.. it was my parking light fuse.
so i put a new fuse and now whenever i turn my lights on the fuse pops even if the fogs are off. Any ideas?

I also rewired the fogs to come on with the park lights only but im just confused why with the new h4 bulbs why it keeps popping the fuse

Check your wiring. Sounds like you're grounding out somewhere.

 

double check the wiring on this.

try undoing this and see if you still have the same problem and then you can narrow it down from there

 

It does sound like you are grounding out somewhere. In your sig, I see that you have angel eyes or LEDs in the old projector headlights. Did you tap into your parking lights to give them a power and ground? If so that may be the first area you want to check out, may be a loose power wire near there.

 

well the thing is that I never touched the fogs and they were working fine for almost a year and when I got the projectors out and the 00 headlights with hid it has been popping

 

Re-check your wiring. You went wrong somewhere.
