I just installed a HID kit but i have one problem. I have to have my highbeams on in order for the hids to come on. I assume something was wired wrong but it is a very simple plug and play kit..

You must not have wired it correctly.

 

 

I know with my kit there is a wire that connects to the battery. Is there with yours?

 

nevermind i figured it out.. because the cars harness has 3 prong openings but the hid set up only has 2 i had them mixed up so I had my hid kit connected to the high beams.. and thats why they only worked when i had the highs on.. silly me! lol
