Anyways every time I put my car into reverse and backup, my car makes a thump sound from the rear. Really trying to figure out what may be causing it.

if it will only do it in reverse backing up most likely your exhause is touching something as engine torques (moves opposite from reverse to forward?
custom exhaust?

i think the exhaust is rubbin because if a bad motor/tranny mount or maybe the rear brakes are stickin alittle

Not everything is OEM, and it comes when I back up and hit the breaks to put in drive the thump sound. Although from hearing it many times I just don't think its the brakes sticking at all. I was thinking the exhaust mounts may be lose and they are clanking against something. I dunno though

I had a new bumper put on my 00 SE because of an accident and the Foam Absorber between the new bumper cover and the bumper itself is loose. When I go over any bumps at low speed I hear an awful thumping sound in the back.
