Any difference between Cool Blues or LazerBlues?

Any difference between Cool Blues or LazerBlues?
One of my Cool Blues took a dirt nap this weekend. All my local Auto Zone had were Wagner LazerBlues, no more Cool Blues. Will I see much of a difference if any?
never tried those... but how much are you willing to spend on bulbs?
